January 7th marks the date of our 48th annual Winter Special Games. On this day, we invite children and young adults with mental and physical disabilities, to participate in a fun day filled with board games, sports, arts and crafts, and food! Every participant will be paired with 2 Kinesiology Students to spend the day with them! On Friday we will be giving away exam care packages in the Kin Lab starting at 8:30am until supplies last! KSA has filled these packages with all your exam necessities so you are ready to tackle these last few weeks of school before Winter Break! Don't wait, grab them before they're gone!

We'll be having a B.A. Anatomy review session this Sunday from 11am-1pm in HSB 40! Sit in to get an overview of the course material, hear about some tips and tricks from your fellow KSA team that has taken the course already, and get the opportunity to ask us for any study recommendations! 

Gather a few friends and form a team to play in our 11th annual volleyball tournament this Saturday! All tournament fees include FREE pizza and proceeds will go to Camp Trillium. Sports + free food + charity = 100% yes. See you Saturday! 

Want to distress after all those midterms and have some fun before reading week? We've got your back! On Halloween we will be having pumpkin carving and decorating in the Kin Lab! Come join us from 12pm-4pm on the 31st to carve/decorate your mini pumpkin to take home!!

Our annual fall clothing sale is back...come check out all the Ts, active wear, hoodies, sweats, shaker bottles, caps, toques, AND workout scrunchies! These scrunchies were designed by Hairstrong, an initiative started by a Kin alumni!  

We will be having our first wellness monthly event on Thursday, September 26th! At the end of every month, we will be hosting a unique event that is geared towards mental health and overall well-being. Colour your worries away in the Kin Lab AHB from 10am-2pm!
